The Bosted System is a web-based system that can be accessed via the internet.

The system employs a secure Internet connection which makes it impossible to obtain data being transmitted between the Bosted System and a computer.

Accessing the Bosted System requires a personal user name and a confidential password. The user name and password are used to log information about when staff have accessed the Bosted System and which actions they have performed in the system.

All communication is encrypted

To protect transmissions between the server hosting the Bosted System data and the individual user, we use a secure connection that ensures all communication is encrypted.

Your information in the Bosted System is saved on dedicated servers, and stored securely in a vault at our trusted partner specialized in handling personal data for providers. Our partner guarantees an uptime of 24/7/365 with UPS, emergency power generators, cooling and temperature control, humidity control, and fire protection systems.

In addition, our trusted partner ensures that no data is lost by making daily backups of all providers' data.
