About the Bosted System
A customized system
It is very easy to customize the system because of its modular design. The basic modules mentioned below are recommended for most Bosted System users. They will apply to most providers. The provider can always add more modules as new needs and requirements arise.

Recording & Plan
Recording makes it possible to document the daily observations about the consumers. In the plan the consumer can be described in detail. Objectives and action points can also be listed in the individual plan (individual support plans -ISP).
Medicine
Handling of medicine for individual consumers with information about preparations, doses, and side effects; automatic search function link to the FDA reference book; record of medicines administered.
Calendar
Joint calendar function provides an overview of staff and consumer appointments such as meetings, activities, and holidays; overview of events and activities at the provider's facility.
Activities
Organisation of internal and external activities offered by the provider, with the option to add an educational reason for the activities.
Documents
A space for storage of all kinds of digital documents, pictures, scanned letters, etc.
Assignment
Handling of short- and long-term tasks associated with a consumer (if relevant); graphic overview option.
Statistics
Structured extraction of any kind of information for internal use by the provider or external use by the public administration or authority.
Notice
Internal messaging system with the option of sending and receiving messages with file attachments. The message is displayed as a pop-up on the receiver's display and includes a reply option. All messages sent and received are stored under the personal profile of the staff.
Forums
A bulletin board for the management's and employees' daily internal communication with a notice board and digital post-its for staff use.
Help
Online help for the Bosted System, containing descriptions of functionality and user guides.
