Company history

For more than 13 years, Team Online has been working on developing and improving our IT solutions for providers assisting people with developmental disabilities. This has given us a great deal of knowledge and expertise about the field, as well as an extensive insight into the daily work routines of care providers.

Team Online was founded in 1998 by entrepreneur Michael Sandal, who has a passion for helping care providers improve the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities. He teamed up with experts and practitioners within the field and started developing what is today known as the Bosted System. Bosted is the Danish word for 'residential homes'.
